The Partner Days are from Tuesday 29th of August to Thursday 31st of August. We have reserved hotel rooms for check-in on Monday 28th of August and check-out on Friday the 1st of September.

All the international RSP partners from around the world are invited.

We see a great opportunity to meet with all our partners, and also for all of you to meet eachother. Therefore we have planed an agenda with a lot of events that will be joyfull and satisfactory to all of us. The agenda is available HERE. Please note that some changes might be done to the agenda before the event.

You will need to organize your flight to Sweden and return. You will also need to organize the transportation from the airport to Västerås.

For our international guests the best airport for arrival to Sweden is Stockholm Arlanda (ARN).

For guests arriving to Stockholm Arlanda  airport (ARN) there are various ways to travel to Västerås.

It is possible to travel by train from Arlanda to Västerås Central. See Swedish Railroad SJ for more information.

Rental cars can be booked at the airport and it is just over an hour drive from Arlanda to Västerås.

We will take care of you during the whole stay. Since all our guests will be staying at the same hotel, we have transfered a bus that will pick you up every morning outside the hotel, and drop you of on the same location every evening.

The hotel is located in central Västerås and everything you might need is available within a short walk.

RSP have already made reservations for Comfort Hotel in central Västerås. We want all our guests to stay at the same hotel since there is a bus transfering everyone to all the events and back to that hotel.

When you are signed up as an attendant for the Partner Days we will book the hotel rooms for you.

You will be paying for your travel to Västerås, Sweden and back.

RSP have made reservations for the hotel but you will pay for the room when checking out. The price is approx. 90 EUR per night, per room.
